Okay, in the spirit of trying something new, and after listening to @KatjeXia wax lyrical about it, I'm attempting the tangzhong technique with my doughnutrecipe.
Deep fried dough is always a winner, so I'm not worried about breakfast. But will they be as good on day 2?
